Our objectives are to help anyone who believes they
are the victim or potential victim of Distputes such as;
Bullying in the Workplace, Sexual Harassment, Sex Discrimination,
Racial Discrimination, Equal Opportunities or Unfair Redundancy
- whether this is an employee or a line manager. We assist and work
with both employees and line management. Our ultimate objective
is to stop bullying now, to help eradicate negative behaviour at
work and ensure Employers 'manage' properly and that line-managers
receive the support they need in order to lead their team. The support
we provide is comprehensive and professional. We have full professional
indemnity insurance and our advisers are CIPD qualified.
We are qualified in Employment Law, subscribers
of EmpLaw and have over 10 years practical experience in anti bullying
and prevention and supporting people through behavioural issues.
We are also trained in conducting independent and impartial investigations.
We would like to help you through any problems you experience today
